Local program processing
The playground runs the NES ROM, keyboard input, file validation, source imports, and source downloads on your device. There is no account system, advertising, analytics, or application server that receives your BASIC source.
Browser storage
IndexedDB stores a local recovery snapshot containing emulator state, cartridge RAM, and the current program. Controller mappings and preferences are stored in localStorage. These stay in the current browser profile and origin. Storage can be unavailable or cleared by the browser. Export backups of important work.
You can delete saved local recovery and preferences using the playground’s Clear local recovery action, or clear website data in browser settings. The playground does not set tracking cookies.
Requests and hosting
Loading pages and assets makes HTTP requests. The live website is hosted by Cloudflare’s static hosting platform (Workers). Cloudflare processes request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and security or operational logs to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare controls retention for the service data it processes under its applicable policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. NDB Software has not added advertising, analytics scripts, or a separate source-code collection service. During local development, requests instead go to the preview server on your computer.

External NDB Software links follow the destination site’s policies. Emailing support sends the information you choose to include through your email provider; NDB Software receives your address and message to respond.
